FAULTY PRODUCTS
We abide at all times by Australian Consumer Law in relation to any damaged or faulty product during the manufacturers warranty period. In our experience most problems with toys tend to be battery-related issues so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns relating to use of the product.
If it is deemed the product may be faulty we can assist you with our RMA form and shipping destination. Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customers cost however should a defect be identified then a replacement will be shipped at our cost.
Please note that you will be required to pay return postage if the product is found to not be faulty.
EmberSas Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of the products sold we are unable to accept any change of mind returns. For the safety of all our customers we cannot resell these items.
